Up to $1 million per occurrence / $3 million aggregate:

  • Child Care Professional Liability - included to policy limits if licensed and rated
  • $100,000 Fire Legal Liability (higher limits available)
  • Abuse and Molestation (included in IL; optional in other states)

  • Employees and Volunteers as Automatic Insureds

Liability Coverages Included to Special Limits:

  • Medical Payments to Child Care Students
  • Medical Payments to Sports Participants - $5,000 with higher limits available
  • Excess Sports Medical Payments - covers injuries on limited basis to $2,500
  • Pollution - up to $100,000 limit
  • Membership Discrimination Coverage - $10,000 review/$25,000 aggregate
