Other Camp activities are eligible including waterskiing instruction, guns, archery, horses, and boating.

These activities will be reviewed carefully for safety.

  • One meter diving boards
  • Pools – indoor and outdoor
  • Scuba Instruction – if PADI certified
  • Wading | Splash | Kiddie Pools
  • Water Jets | Raintree Fountains

Other Eligible Operations/Activities:

  • Facility Rental
  • Climbing Walls
  • Paintball – must meet guidelines
  • Parks
  • Playgrounds
  • Ropes Course – must meet guidelines
  • Cosmetology
  • Trips beyond 200 miles – individually reviewed

Ineligible Activities – when operated by the insured:

  • Bungee Jumping
  • Skydiving
  • Jet ski use
  • Use of motorized equipment (go karts, etc.)
  • Downhill skiing
  • Sailing
Pre-approval and inspection required for water slides, speed rides, lazy river, large waterfalls, wave pools, continuous wave pools, bumper boats and three-meter diving boards or higher.

Legal Liability with respect to Athletic Participants covers the organization if an injured participant sues despite having signed a waiver. This policy doesn’t defend the liability of one participant against another; only the insured’s liability as a result of injuries incurred by athletic participants.

Sports Participant Medical Payment covers the medical expenses of an injured participant to $5000 (higher limits available).
