- Beaches
- Hot tubs/Spas
- One meter diving boards
- Pools – indoor and outdoor
- Scuba Instruction – if PADI certified

Other Eligible Operations/Activities:
- Facility Rental
- Climbing Walls
- Paintball – must meet guidelines
- Parks
- Playgrounds
- Ropes Course – must meet guidelines
- Cosmetology
- Trips beyond 200 miles – individually reviewed
Ineligible Activities – when operated by the insured:
- Bungee Jumping
- Skydiving
- Jet ski use
- Use of motorized equipment (go karts, etc.)
- Downhill skiing
- Sailing
Legal Liability with respect to Athletic Participants covers the organization if an injured participant sues despite having signed a waiver. This policy doesn’t defend the liability of one participant against another; only the insured’s liability as a result of injuries incurred by athletic participants.
Sports Participant Medical Payment covers the medical expenses of an injured participant to $5000 (higher limits available).
